Fin is the company formerly named Intercom and develops a customer agent and supporting software for service, sales, and commerce journeys.
AAA.win uses the current 2026 company name while retaining an official legacy-domain help source where Fin documentation still resides. Old Intercom branding should not create a duplicate company record.
