Inputs

  • A rights-cleared source master
  • Transcript with timecodes
  • Channel specifications
  • Context and prohibited-edit rules

Control points

  • Keep source time ranges
  • Never splice a misleading statement
  • Verify every caption
  • Approve each clip independently

Human approval gate

An editorial owner approves each excerpt's context, caption, framing, speaker representation, rights, and destination copy.

The workflow

Every step includes a check that can stop the process before risk moves downstream.

  1. 01

    Prepare source evidence

Create or verify the timecoded transcript and record speakers, rights, and approved source version.

Gate: A reviewer can open every proposed moment in context.
  2. 02

    Find candidate excerpts

Select complete ideas with start and end context rather than optimizing only for a hook.

Gate: The excerpt does not reverse or exaggerate the source meaning.
  3. 03

    Adapt the cut

Apply channel framing, length, safe areas, captions, title, and optional supporting visuals.

Gate: Reframing does not hide material visual context.
  4. 04

    Review clip and copy

Check meaning, cuts, captions, names, claims, rights, thumbnail, and post text together.

Gate: Each clip receives a separate editorial decision.
  5. 05

    Publish with traceability

Link the final clip to source timecodes, reviewer, destination, and correction route.

Gate: The published asset matches the approved export.

Latest releases

IndexNow root-proof request compatibility

After v4.3.3, the exact root-level {key}.txt proof returned HTTP 200, but a full request carrying keyLocation still returned HTTP 403; a minimal homepage request with the same production key and no keyLocation returned HTTP 202. This release omits that field, while the automatic full run and idempotent rerun remain deployment checks.

IndexNow key-proof compatibility

Changed IndexNow verification to the official root-level {key}.txt convention after the first production notification returned HTTP 403; revalidation remains pending, while the website, sitemaps, and Bing sitemap processing are unaffected.

Bing sitemap discovery and IndexNow change notifications

Prepared canonical sitemap discovery for Bing and added automatic IndexNow change notifications while keeping segmented sitemaps authoritative and making no claim that a notified URL has been crawled or indexed.
